Terms of service.

The agreement between you (the user) and DriveCars Marketplace Ltd. By using the service, you agree to it. Plain-English summary at the top of each section.

## 1. The marketplace

Plain English: DriveCars is a marketplace. We connect travelers with crew members who own the cars. We don't own the fleet ourselves.

You agree that the contract for each rental is between you and the individual crew member, with DriveCars acting as an intermediary and payments processor.

## 2. Bookings & payment

Plain English: you pay when the crew member accepts. You can cancel for free up to 24h before pickup.

Card details are stored by our processor (Stripe) under PCI-DSS Level 1. We hold a pre-authorisation, not a charge, until pickup.

## 3. Liability

Plain English: you're responsible for the car while it's in your possession. Insurance covers most of it; you're on the hook for the deductible.

## 4. Disputes

Disputes are governed by English law and resolved first by mediation through our in-house team. Unresolved cases proceed to arbitration in London.
