## Booking

How do I change or cancel? You can change dates up to 24h before pickup and cancel for a full refund up to 24h before pickup. Within 24h, a 50% refund applies. After pickup, the booking is non-refundable.

Do I need a credit card? A debit card works for booking. Some crew members ask for a refundable deposit at pickup — this will be flagged on the listing.

## At pickup

Bring your driving license and the booking confirmation. Walk around the car with your crew member, photograph any existing damage, and check the fuel level matches the listing.

## During the trip

If you have an accident, stop, take photos, swap details, and tap "Report incident" in the app. Roadside assistance is on the same screen.
