Before you go
Most visitors can drive on a valid home licence, ideally with an International Driving Permit, and should carry their passport and the rental papers. On the road
Morocco’s autoroutes are fast and tolled (pay by cash or card at barriers), fuel is widely available on main routes but thins out in the mountains and south, and city parking usually means a gardien or a pay-and-display blue zone.
